Additional Services: With our background in the HVAC & Electrical Areas, we are as comfortable in the Field as in the Office. Whether it is to commision the start up of your systems after installation, or evaluating existing equipment. We offer evaluations of existing systems and formulate solutions to increase efficiency, as well as Indoor Air Quality, or recommend the replacement of the system to provide for increased efficiency and comfort in existing buildings. We can aid Clients in obtaining pricing on the installation of new equipment and supervise the installation to ensure that the design intent is met. We are familiar in working with Local Utilities to pursue rebates and low cost financing for energy efficient installations. We also know how to keep you in compliance with the Fall 2011 code changes as provide all necessary lighting forms and calulations for compliance demostration, as well as aid in obtaing tax credits.
